Its the story of a deluded girl who's abit not there. One of the bands members described it as a song about a girl who thinks the worlds fucked so she my as well go out with a bang our something I cant remember it exactly.

But that's just what I take from it anyway

It seems pretty straight forward but in a cool way, its a story of a man who is comfortable and has come to terms that he's happy to be a normal member of society. That the 9-5 is ideal in his world but he still does want something else tho and he mixes this in with metaphors from an old battle
