I think its about a guy and a girl that are basically just friends. The chick is under a lot of stress with her boyfriend and this song talks about how she's understood and she's got a friend with this guy in the song. The girl is drinking and smoking , trying to forget about the stresses of her life. She is getting bogged down from life and the guy is suggesting she walk out and get on. I think she may actually be getting kind of abused and she knows it, even though she knows she's better than that. She kinda dreams about going out with someone that admires her again, she's jaded.
