Blah Blah Blah cover Blah Blah Blah by Rich Homie Quan

Although it doesn't really match the lyrics but when I heard this on a radio show last week, the guy said "if there are any couples listening this right now, the boy can turn to the girl, smile, and dedicate this song to her"... Haha, "I'll be like, blah blah blah"

I'm on a Boat cover I'm on a Boat by The Lonely Island ft. T-Pain

You can't not love that video clip (in fact the song couldn't exist without the video clip) so the concept is this: They have won a prize for a boat ride for three and they have to split it... Split it because well, they might be three, but T-Pain has joined! Eventually one is left off and he's doomed to suffer this mockery!

The Light cover The Light by Disturbed

Powerful and drives you to realise your strength and to grow the necessary persistence to sustain all injuries caused by life. Forsaken? No more, it's time to rise. And hope won't become just a memory, it's a new state of mind.

Columbia cover Columbia by Oasis

Confusion often comes hand in hand with the emotional turbulence one person might cause you. Confused and mixed feelings rise and become a stable(?) situation within you when the right person walks into your life (and in cases, decide to roll over his pants and take a crap onto its living room).

Live Forever cover Live Forever by Oasis

I don't think this is a song about immortality, I think it's more of a song about the celebration of the moment and the eternity of it. Can you think of anything more eternal than a moment? So by living, by creating precious moment, in a way you kind of immortalise that very moment.

Shakermaker cover Shakermaker by Oasis

A track about their drug dealer? Of course this wasn't the record that the Gallagher brothers had lost their crap on drugs, however can anyone interpret that verse in any other way? The man stops at the traffic lights, but only when they're green. Ah-hah!

Rock 'n' Roll Star cover Rock 'n' Roll Star by Oasis

The birth of a legendary band. Oasis are starting their debut album with that song, a simple 2-3 chord riff and lyrics of the chewing gum kind; tunes to drive your car to. However a tune that puts your mind at ease, makes you imagine of a relax, carefree version of your life.

Through the Ghost cover Through the Ghost by Shinedown

This is about separation and it might as well be about two people (friends or lovers) being geologically apart -which also leads to questions about if it's possible for long-distance relationship not to deteriorate over time- or spiritually, like 2 people sharing the same flat or even the same bed and have lost touch...

Cyanide Sweet Tooth Suicide cover Cyanide Sweet Tooth Suicide by Shinedown

What's the reference here? Anna Nicole Smith? Well that song was indeed released just two years after her death but I cannot stop from being in awe when rock songs refer to Anna Nicole as a sex symbol!
