Although it doesn't really match the lyrics but when I heard this on a radio show last week, the guy said "if there are any couples listening this right now, the boy can turn to the girl, smile, and dedicate this song to her"... Haha, "I'll be like, blah blah blah"

You can't not love that video clip (in fact the song couldn't exist without the video clip) so the concept is this: They have won a prize for a boat ride for three and they have to split it... Split it because well, they might be three, but T-Pain has joined! Eventually one is left off and he's doomed to suffer this mockery!

This is about separation and it might as well be about two people (friends or lovers) being geologically apart -which also leads to questions about if it's possible for long-distance relationship not to deteriorate over time- or spiritually, like 2 people sharing the same flat or even the same bed and have lost touch...

What's the reference here? Anna Nicole Smith? Well that song was indeed released just two years after her death but I cannot stop from being in awe when rock songs refer to Anna Nicole as a sex symbol!
