I think it's about two people in a relationship, who are at first all in love, but then they realise that it was just the first intense feelings of a relationship. The words 'We argue we don't fight' sounds like on of them is trying to convince themselves that they don't have full on fights, just small couple arguments. I'm not entirely sure, but it seems likely that it's about a couple who's love has gone stale.
