Ive looked up other websites for the meaning. Which makes total sense. But wouldn't it be totally awesome as if it was being sung by a shot of heroin cos he wanted to make a deal with god to swap places with the user. So then he'd be running up that hill instead of being a user to drugs. A positive song for recovering drug addicts...or possibly a wake up call for someone who still uses to quit.
