When he says 'you' in the song, he's talking about a Christian, and he's explaining how what they're doing is useless- hence the phrase "I've been fucking around while you've been saving the world, from nothing"-and he's talking about how he's going to hell, and they will too- hence the phrase " I'll save you a seat next too me down below".
