Don't Judge It
Lyrics
I just want you to know
No matter what happens don't judge it
So you can live in the flow
Abundant living no budget
No diminishment in your goals
No feeling embarrassed in public
Doesn't matter if you hate it or love it
Always remember don't judge it
I just want you to know
No matter what happens don't judge it
So you can live in the flow
Abundant living no budget
No diminishment in your goals
No feeling embarrassed in public
Doesn't matter if you hate it or love it
Always remember don't judge it, yah
So I learned growing up
Be a good judge of character
Never budge or they'll think you week
You represent black America
People are always judging me
So don't do nothing terrible
And who gave them that authority
Well let me spit this parable
A painter paints a painting for a purpose
He called it good
But the painting became conscious
Judge the world, it thought it could
Now the painting perceives pain
Wrongness and hate
But how could it know what wrongness is
That's not what the painter paints
Now the painting becomes miserable
Perceiving danger and dark
But this entire time
The painter marvels at its art
So the painting feels guilty
And tries to separate apart
From being extensions of the painter's glory
Extensions of its god
Now, even is odd and odd is even
Suicide is on its mind, says this world he's leaving
So he makes himself believe in
The death of himself
And yet and still the same painting is left ay
I just want you to know
No matter what happens don't judge it
So you can live in the flow
Abundant living no budget
No diminishment in your goals
No feeling embarrassed in public
Doesn't matter if you hate it or love it
Always remember don't judge it yeah
So with memories wiped clean
The painting repeats the cycle
Of judging, division, and seeing others as psychos
And finally the light goes, on
If he never had judged
He could only see a world of art and love
So he forgave all of his mis-judgements
And over himself he hovered
And noticed it's the same world
Yet of a different color
And he started to see each other
As one in the same
The most beautifullest gallery
That a painter could ever paint
So now the painting teaches
Other paintings all the time
Which is like teaching others suns
That they're supposed to shine
Which is obvious in hind
Yet to ourself we seem blind
You are the painting, you are the sun
You are the shrine ay
Carry yourself accordingly
See the same within your peers
What you are to them, they are to you
Mere mirrors
Besides you are full of great
So naturally you're grateful
Of all the love you could ever love
That's what you're made for
I just want you to know
No matter what happens don't judge it
So you can live in the flow
Abundant living no budget
No diminishment in your goals
No feeling embarrassed in public
Doesn't matter if you hate it or love it
Always remember don't judge it
I just want you to know
Doesn't matter if you hate it or love it
Always remember don't judge it
I just want you to know
No matter what happens don't judge it
So you can live in the flow
Abundant living no budget
No diminishment in your goals
