the song is basically tøp saying that they realize their fans hurt themselves and they're mad about it. the song is them trying to tell the fans not to take their anger out on themselves and end up killing or harming themselves. (ex. "you all have plans to take it... dont take it...) it being their lives. at the beginning of the second verse it says "lets take this one second at a time, lets take this one song, this one rhyme, together. lets breathe. together to the beat." which is tyler trying to talk the listener off a ledge, trying to stop them from breaking down. alSo when it says "The solution is, I see a whole room of these mutant kids, Fused at the wrist, I simply tell them they should shoot at this, Simply suggest my chest and this confused music" its saying that the fans should take their emotions out on the band/the music instead of them selves. ok one last thing here. "im trying to sleep, but i cant, but i cant when you all have guns for hands" is tøp being distressed at the fact that their fans are doing these things to themselves, so much that its gotten to the point where they're losing sleep over it, because they're so worried about them. hope this helped lmAO
