I think being an artist in general is difficult at any level
Because you know it takes at least a fraction of self-awareness
Self identity and that can be a dark place
Cause you're now front and center with all your pain your traumas
Not just the joyful moments
Like we always like to see the light in things
And i guess for me you know that's where the faith gets restored
In art generating this light out of dark matter
It's no different from breathing life into balloons
Each one represents a thought a story a celebration
Whatever it may and then they're given off as gifts
Or tokens of appreciation because you know you'll
Always find someone to relate
But the thing is you can't hold on to em for too long
Or they'll start losing that ability to defy gravity
And to me that's what art is all about
Being able to open up and let go in the moment
You know it's empowering
That's something that I think can apply to life just in general
You learning to let go
You realize just how much more well off you are in life
