Who is TLC?
American female trio TLC created music touching hip hop and R&B. Members were Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins, Lisa “Left Eye” Lopez and Crystal Jones, who was replaced with Rozonda Thomas “Chilli” in 1991. Their 1994 album CrazySexyCool sold more than 23 million copies around the world and earned the group two Grammy awards. Watkins and Thomas continued to and work together following the death of Lopez in a car crash in 2002. The two continue to tour and make music. In 2015, thanks to fan donations through Kickstarter, they began work on their fifth and possibly final album, due out in 2016.
