Who is Halestorm?
Halestorm is an American hard rock band. The line-up features siblings Lzzy Hale (vocals, guitar) and Arejay Hale (drums), as well as Joe Hottinger (guitar) and Josh Smith (bass). Hale's aggressive vocals define the band's sound, which is a modern take on rock and heavy metal. The group released their debut self-titled album in 2009. They followed this up with The Strange Case Of... (2012), which hit the number 15 spot on the US Billboard chart. Halestorm's third album Into the Wild Life (2015) reached even greater heights, hitting the fifth spot on the Billboard chart. The album marked a move away from heavy metal into a more commercial rock and pop sound.
