Who is LMFAO?
The hip-hop dance duo LMFAO came together in 2006 in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles with Redfoo (Stephen Kendal Gordy) and his nephew SkyBlu (Skyler Austen Gordy). They are descendants of Motown founder Berry Gordy, and together released two albums, 2009's Party Rock and 2011's Sorry for Party Rocking. They are best known for "Party Rock Anthem," released in January 2011 as the first single from their second album. The song sold 9.7 million copies worldwide and topped the charts in several countries, including the US. The duo announced a hiatus in September 2012.
