Who is Bon Jovi?
The rock group Bon Jovi came together in 1983 in Sayreville, New Jersey. Its lineup has remained mostly unchanged through the decades, with members consisting of Jon Bon Jovi, David Bryan and Tico Torres. Worldwide fame hit the band following the release of their third studio album, Slippery When Wet (1986). The album spent eight weeks in the top spot on the Billboard 200 chart and was the top selling album of 1987. Bon Jovi has gone on to release 13 studio albums, two live albums and two compilation albums. They have sold more than 130 million albums worldwide and are among the top-selling groups of all time. In 2016, Bon Jovi released the album This House Is Not for Sale.
